Insight uses your Chase login details. Enter the same Username and Password to login into Insight as you would for Chase.
If you have forgotten your Password, go to Chase, type in your email address and click 'Reset Password'. A new Password will be emailed to you. It could take 1 to 5 minutes for your new password to take effect in Insight.
